Compliance is not a cost center. It is an advantage.
QAML distills AML/CFT regulation, payments risk, and financial crime typologies across the United States, Canada, and India into frameworks practitioners can actually use — written by an executive who has run the programs, not summarized them.

Written by someone who has carried the accountability.
QAML is founded and written by Nayeem Mano — a GRC executive with 27 years across payments, banking, and risk. He serves as the BSA/AML Compliance Officer of a large public US company, overseeing anti-money-laundering compliance for hundreds of billions of dollars in annual payment flows.
Before that: VP of Risk & AML Compliance at a Silicon Valley spend-management unicorn, head of a $250 million cards business at one of Canada's largest credit unions, and risk leadership roles reaching back to Standard Chartered Bank in the late 1990s.
“The goal isn't just to catch bad actors. It's to build systems so sound that bad actors look elsewhere.”

Building a fintech? Your compliance program is your license to operate.
Program buildouts, fractional BSA officer engagements, payments risk architecture, and AI-in-AML enablement — from an executive who has stood up these functions from zero at startups and run them at public-company scale.
The Next Generation
Breaking into compliance and risk — coaching for newcomers and graduates
Financial crime compliance is one of the most durable, meaningful careers in financial services — and one of the hardest to break into without a guide. QAML's founder made that journey himself, from an immigrant's first role to public-company compliance officer, and now coaches newcomers, new graduates, and career-changers through it.
